Last June marked Team Honda Week of Service whereby Honda associates and volunteers got together to work with charitable organizations across North America. People from Canada, Mexico, and 43 states in America participated in 450 coordinated activities including hosting blood drives, pet adoptions, beach clean-ups and more. The week-long endeavor was a huge success and demonstrates the automaker's commitment to supporting its local communities.

There were over 20 thousand volunteers who attended the Team Honda Week of Service. Combined, these individuals were able to gather more than 45 tons of food, serve 162 thousand meals, collect a thousand bags of trash, donate 700 pints of blood, and put together and supply 11 thousand health kits. The outcome clearly shows that when people get together, they can make a difference.

These types of undertakings by the automaker are part of the reason why DCH Honda of Mission Valley is proud to be a Honda dealer.
